Terms of Use

By using LastBench you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts found to belong to minors will be deleted.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant LastBench a limited, worldwide licence to host and display your content within the service. You are responsible for what you post and warrant you have the right to post it.

3. What's not allowed

• Illegal content, CSAM, doxxing, harassment, hate speech, incitement to violence.
• Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
• Impersonation, spam, malware, scraping, or abusing the AI features.
• Attempting to bypass moderation, RLS, or rate limits.

4. Moderation

Community moderators and LastBench can remove, hide or age-gate content that violates these terms or the community rules, and can suspend accounts. Appeals go through Profile → Privacy & rights, or the Grievance Officer.

5. AI features

TL;DR and NSFW-classification features are powered by AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, LastBench's aggregate liability is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
